Phantasy Star Cave Message Board

A) What are the guidelines for sending a rom hack to the Phantasy Star Cave website? Is it to be an IPS patch with information regarding what version of the rom to use, or is it okay to send the actual edited rom?

B) Same question, except the message board.

C) Save me time, and gimmie the email to send the rom hack to? If not, I'll find it myself, but... I'm lazy!!

Will need to answer this one quickly, im not at home currently. Please send the patch, a note of which rom it patches, and also the patched ROM. If you could, please write up a short summery of what the hack contains so that the users know what to expect.
