Hello everybody!

I have been interested in adventure and role-playing games for a long time, playing them mostly on PC, emulators, and more recently Nintendo DS.

Final Fantasy IV, V, VI are among my favorites, but so is Phantasy Star IV, which I particularly enjoyed! I love the science-fiction in there!

I'm currently playing (for the first time) Chrono Trigger. Actually, the science-fiction part of the game reminded me of PS4, and I plan to (maybe) play the whole Phantasy Star series after that. :)

(Also, on the PC, some of you might remember the very old Might & Magic 4 and 5, which, if installed together, gave access to a third, combined game, which twisted the plot from fantasy to science-fiction... I was in awe when I finished it all.)

Hi, welcome on psboards.

Playing PS IV you sure chose a good game and if you are going to play the rest of the serie don't hesitate and ask for help.

I'd personnaly recommand some tricks especially for PSII so that you can go smoothly through the game. (Dupe trick for instance).

If you play the other PSs, you'll see, it might be hard some times but there are many elements that link the different games together and that is what makes the serie so unique.

Or you could go with the PS remakes which are good too. ;)

Should I mention another dupe trick for a different PS game?

To be honest, i didnt really bother with PSI, II, and III. Seemed confusing and difficult to me, and i never really played many RPGs. An with all these modern day shooters...

I'm not really into the FPS genre, but one of the best games I've ever played is one of them: Deus Ex.
