Little help here?

I'm looking for information about prefabricated installations for building a workshop, as I have no space to work with electronics anywhere and soldering, working with high voltage and faulty devices poses a high risk of fire inside a house filled with wood, books and other flammable materials.

Do you have a recomendation regarding features needed? So far I have thought about insulation from high temperatures (middle of the desert here) and water (no one likes what is inside of a workshop getting wet, right?). Any help would be appreciated.
