I think hacking the original would be better choice.

That game, indeed, would be total hit if only there were no .NET and directx dependencies.
I'd rather had a SDL version. :(

I have no problem with the size of the screenshots, but does the game output them as JPEG images? You can see the artifacts. The PNG image format is better for 2D game screenshots.

Hmmm, you say it has a level editor too? Could of pwned!!

The game is actually challenging, i'm getting easily pwned at the beginning and having only 2 hearts.

Hm. Maybe I try to install .NET and DirectX with wine...
I don't want to play that game in virtualized windows.
