Amen! Plus, they could have told you how much EXP each person gains. That damn game forced me to do math. MATH! And division, no less!

I really should start PSIII again...

I shall start today! I'll be reporting pros and cons...

Same speed as PSII.

Phantasy Star as a series always has had a high encounter rate.
Plus, they could have told you how much EXP each person gains.

Does it really matter? It's not like you can choose your encounters and have to manage your EXP.

Wow, Ben doesn't pull any punches, eh? Oh well... but yes, while PSIII did have its downsides, I still like it, as evidenced by my review of it.

What? You're kidding?
If it is, then it just must feel like it. Maybe because all the houses in the towns are bigger. Or because of the musics being more chilly (as chill, not as coldish) at towns. :P Anyway I've always felt like that. I never did any measurements.

I actually like it more like that. Then I can clearly see which battles give more exp. if I need to grind it.

Very true. Even PSII and PSIV let you see how much each character received, yet they took that feature out in PSIII. Why is beyond me, but I didn't like it.

You know, maybe it wasn't programmed in. The game was rushed, remember?

Grinding in PSIII? You're doing it wrong.

It had potential, but you stated it. Should of given it more time, even if it got released after IV (they still could of gotten that world ship idea in as a lose connection to III.)

Why would they make 3 come out AFTER IV? What's the sense in that? Anyway, I broke the longest post barrier on this site, Wren-sensei. MY fanfic was moved to Fan stuff... and I made a super-long chapter. -.-

Maybe I should call you Wrensei. That's easier.

Uh, PSIV would have been PSIII and PSIII would have been PSIV?

That would've been some delay, seeing as PS3 was released in Japan in 1990 and PS4 in 1994.

PSIV was released in 1993 in Japan, 1994 in the US, and 1995 in Europe.
