I just got the new release of Heroic Legend of Arislan!! Does anyone else like that series?

Arislan...... now there's an old one. That started out so cool and then it just kinda ended. (and not much of an ending at that) I still like it a lot. Based off of a japanese novel about the old Persian legend, with character design was by Amano (Final Fantasy, Front Mission, Vampire Hunter D). I only wish it had kept up enough popularity in Japan to have had it finished properly (after OVA 2, the animation and art quality went down the tubes). It deserved better.

It was okay.. Doesn't match some of the other better anime.

After just finishing the second Prince of Persia game, (Warrior Within) I had to dust off the old Arslan anime. The next game is gonna end up being a version of that old legend.<br> (Yes, Arslan is based off a real Persian legend/prince)
