Edit 2 - Tryphon is currently working on ironing out some bugs in a potential bug fix for some vanishing text in menus.

Edit 3 - Bug is resolved! Back to the grindstone.

Edit 4 - Do you guys think it's at all possible to kill the Frost Dragon without having gotten the Amber Eye? Like, not "Is it feasible from a level standpoint," but more like "Will the game even let you?" Because I thought, to get help from the Dezorians, you had to meet Master Tajim.

I looked at the rules and didn't see anything against multiple posts in a row? Anyway, I had just been editing previous posts becauuuse most forums don't allow double posts, and I personally think they look ugly.

Check the previous post to see my progress. We're nearing the endgame for sure now! Up next, it's time to scale Baya Malay and meet Seer Damoa.

Edit 1 - Actually, I have to go and talk to NPC Faith in Scion, then go and talk with the Dezorian at the top of Corona Tower to see if their dialogue changed.

Edit 2 - It looks to me like there's a lot of unused text in Phantasy Star generation:1...

Edit 3 - So if Kyence does a "Genesis party member names" patch for gen:2, I will follow suit with an SMS party member names patch for PS gen:1. Just so everyone knows!

Edit 4 - Finally in the Air Castle! Just beat the Black Dragon and we're readying to scale La Shiec's stronghold now. Finally, I'm almost done with the alpha pass.

The one after this is a doozy. Literally every single person in all of Algol has something new to say. Including people inside of towers.

Edit 6 - There was a game hanging bug right after defeating La Shiec, and I saved over my save state before the battle. This means that I not only have to re-fight La Shiec, I have to go through the entire Air Castle again. At least I saved after killing the Black Dragon...

Edit 7 - Loving the enthusiasm these past few days. The alpha test is officially complete! After Tryphon works out the remaining bugs, I'll be ready to start the beta test!

The Phantasy Star Generation: 1 English translation version 2.10 is released!

This updated version, lead by vivify93 (SandyLandale) and Tryphon, contains major improvements, including (but not limited to) more readable font, no more abbreviations, menu graphics have been remade, and dialogue has been updated and clarified. You know all of this if you have been following this thread!

Please help us to spread the word about this release on social media, forums, blogs, YouTube, and your favorite websites.
