Phantasy Star: Eternal Story - Conditions

"Bad Status" is a term often associated with abnormal, lasting affects. This reference contains all available information on such malicious affects as well as beneficial ones.

Damaged Ability ScoreAs per ability score; at 0, each has a different affect, as follows: STR and DEX = 0: Character is so weak that he or she can't move. INT, WIS, or CHA = 0: Character is in a coma-like state. CON = 0: Character is dead.
Drained Ability ScoreSee Damaged Ability.
BlindAll targets have full concealment; move at half speed; enemies get a +2 bonus to attacks; lose DEX bonus to AC; STR and DEX based checks as well as Search and similar checks all at a -4 penalty.
ConfusedRoll d10 each round. 1 - Wander away for 1 minute. 2-6 - Do nothing. 7-9 - Attack nearest creature. 10 - Act normally.
CoweringLose DEX to AC, enemies get +2 to attacking, can take no actions.
DazedMay take no actions.
Deafened-4 init, 20% spell failure without silent spell feat, cannot make listen checks.
DisabledPartial Actions can only be taken; lose 1 HP for each strenuous act.
Dying10% chance of stabilizing each round or else lose 1 HP.
Entangled-2 to attack, -4 to effective DEX, casting spells and techniques requires a DC of 15 to casting.
ExhaustedMove at half speed; -6 to STR and DEX; caused by doing something fatiguing while fatigued.
Fatigued-2 STR and DEX.
Fear - Shaken-2 morale penalty to all d20 rolls.
Fear - FrightenedAs Shaken, but subject flees on path of choice until no longer in sight or hearing of the source.
Fear - PanickedAs Shaken, but subject flees on a random path with a 50% chance of dropping item in hand. Will cower if unable to flee.
Prone-4 on melee attacks; may not use thrown weapons, but may use guns at no penalty; +4 to melee attacks against subject, -4 to ranged attacks against subject; Standing is a move action.
StaggeredIf subdual damage equals current HP, only partial actions can be taken.
StunnedSubject loses DEX bonus to AC and there is a +2 bonus to hitting subject; no actions can be taken; subject drops anything in hand.
RegenerationSubject takes normal damage by a particular source; all other damage is subdual.
Fast HealingSubject regains a certain amount of HP per round.
DoomedTimer counts down by 1 each round; if the counter reaches 0, subject dies.
DiseasedDepends on disease.
PoisonedEvery so often a malicious effect will hit the subject. Depends on poison. Usually acts as the opposite of Fast Healing.
PetrifiedSubject is turned to stone.
PolymorphedSubject is a chicken or other animal.
Enraged+2 to attacks and damage; -4 to AC. MAG's EP meter fills twice as quickly.
Depressed+2 to AC; -4 to attacks and damage. MAG's EP meter fills half as quickly.
